Rapid Trauma Resolution Approaches for Transformational Change:

Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT®) is an innovative form of clinical hypnosis that is fast, safe and effective. It’s often combined with the Emotional Pain Intervention (EPI®) skills approach to update the brain in either a psychotherapy or coaching format. The RRT® process is used to bring about transformation through memory reconsolidation making it a natural approach to healing and positive change. RRT utilizes precise forms of multi-level communication that reach all facets of the mind to clear the effects of trauma or resistance areas of life gently and painlessly. The mind is cleared and the brain is optimized. Negative habits and painful emotions are replaced by positive feelings and actions. Blocked energy is released and lasting healing takes place. Dramatic shifts can be seen in as little as one session.

RRT eliminates the negative influence of traumatic events, whether these experiences are remembered, repressed, forgotten or activated by something expected but not yet happening. It is not necessary to relive past events or experience any pain. It is a relaxing procedure that taps into the mechanics of how our minds work and reconnects one to the solution within. The root cause of problems is cleared and positive change endures. You are freed.
Both Dr. Catherine Michas and Dr. Elizabeth Michas have advanced training in clinical hypnosis, and are Certified Practitioners of RRT®. Dr. Elizabeth Michas was distinguished as a Certified Master Practitioner of Rapid Resolution Therapy® and has studied with the developer of the process for over 25 years.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

ART is a powerful, evidence-based technique that can be used for many issues, but is especially helpful when a person does not want to discuss details of an event. Through therapeutic memory reconsolidation the ART process reprograms the way in which distressing memories and images are stored in the brain so they no longer trigger strong physical and emotional reactions. ART accomplishes this through the use of rapid eye-movements. This is especially helpful for Military Special Forces Members, Veterans, First responders, such Police Officers, Medical, etc. This very effective “procedure” can provide results in just two or three sessions.

Bio-Acoustical Utilization Device (BAUD)

The Bio-Acoustical Utilization Device (BAUD) is a sound-based intervention perfectly fitted for those situations where the client does not want to do a lot of talking. The process is very powerful, comfortable and effective at facilitating permanent change in emotional pain and trauma memories. The BAUD was used in over 400,000 clinical applications in 16 countries over the past 10 years. BAUD is an FDA cleared, Class II biofeedback device. It emits two adjustable frequency tones that intersect to create a third binaural beat, which then produces the acoustical neuro-modulation to essentially play the brain for change. This stimulation appears to affect the BOTTOM Brain (limbic system, amygdala and hippocampus) automatic processing and responding systems via theta wave stimulation. Theta brain wave activity has been found in both the consolidation and reconsolidation of all memories. This intervention creates both a stimulation, and temporary disruption of a sensitized neural circuit while also unburdening the nervous system from any need for danger/threat responding, as a non-negative neural state (calm-optimal) is experienced. This stimulates a neural ‘reset’ based on the brain’s innate ability to self-regulate. According to memory reconsolidation research once a memory circuit is activated, it can be modified.

The results indicate the use of the BAUD is extremely effective in reducing anxieties, PTSD symptoms, pain, addiction cravings and much more. A recent therapist survey showed 76% reporting Good to Excellent results with the Bio-Acoustical Utilization Device. Most of the problem or symptom is typically relieved after just one session.
